Directions: From the centre of Downend (Badminton Road), turn into Westerleigh Road by the Horseshoe Pub, then right into Buckingham Place, then left into Buckingham Gardens. The library is at the end on the left adjoining the health clinic. Car park at the rear. Service all on one level.
